Piano vacations in Nicaragua

Lessons and vacations at their best

Why it's worth taking courses during the vacations.

There's no better time to learn than during the vacations!
During the school year, it's often hard to find time to play the piano regularly. During the vacations, you have the opportunity to explore the instrument more intensively. You can invest several hours a week, which will enable you to progress more rapidly. You can also choose a very specific subject with me and work on it. Finally, there's also the possibility of completing the intensive course for beginners compactly. The same applies to reintegration course no. 18.

Flexibility and individuality:
I offer flexible hours during the vacations (especially during the summer vacations, but also at Christmas). This means you can adapt your lessons to your schedule. You can also work specifically on your personal goals, whether that's learning new pieces, improving your technique or experimenting with improvisation.

Social interaction:
Several students may be interested in this type of vacation course. There is also the possibility of group courses. (course system) or a workshop. You'll meet like-minded people and maybe even have a session together. It's not only good for learning, it's great fun!

Preparing for the next school year:
If you want to continue piano lessons as part of the course system or individually next school year, vacation lessons can be an excellent preparation. You will be able to improve your skills and start the new school year with more confidence.
In summary, it can be said that it is definitely worth taking piano lessons during the holidays. The combination of more intensive learning, creative development and the opportunity to make new contacts makes this time particularly valuable. Use the holidays to make your musical dreams come true and make playing the piano an unforgettable experience!

Why it's worth coming to Nicaragua.

Unlike Costa Rica, Nicaragua is less developed for tourism. However, the geographical conditions of the two countries are absolutely comparable. The difference is that staying in Nicaragua will only cost you between 1/3 and 1/4 of what you would have to pay for Costa Rica.
Nicaragua is a country that, so far, fortunately, has freed itself from mass tourism. There are no luxury hotels on the beach or castles here. If you are looking for entertainment programs or rich breakfast buffets, you are in the wrong place. If, on the other hand, you are a nature lover, an adventurer and explorer, then a practically virgin nature with an impressive fauna and flora awaits you, volcanoes that cross the country from north to south, virgin jungle areas, lagoons and magnificent cities like Granada, León or Massaya. Several of my students have already visited me and were so impressed that they want to come back. I had a little more time available for one of these students. We conquered the famous volcanic island of Ometepe by motorbike, which is a short distance (5 km) from my house (the ferry crossing takes about 45 minutes). The island of Ometepe is administratively part of the city of Rivas and is located in the vast Lake Nicaragua, one of the largest freshwater reservoirs in Latin America. It is exactly 29 km to the Pacific Ocean with its dream beaches, but you should plan a travel time of 45 minutes by car. If you are attracted by the combination of sea and city, then San Juan del Sur is the place for you. You can get there in 30 minutes from the house and you can park right next to the sea (for free, of course!). I spent a total of 3 months there, so I can give you a tip or two. It is especially recommended to visit the Statue of Christ (Christo de la Misericordia) overlooking the city. The beaches near the city are considered a Mecca for surfers who come from far away to the Pacific coast. This means that I can prepare a pleasant and unforgettable stay program for you, according to your wishes and needs, and offer you good deals and affordable accommodation options. One thing is for sure: you will be surprised. The ideal travel option is the dry season between December and May. The rainy season is also possible with restrictions. Temperatures vary throughout the year between 24 and 32 ° C, that is, they are tropically hot. Knowledge of Spanish is a great advantage.
